Wise Power
And the courage to share it

Reimagining leadership, communications, and work culture.

Services

Salient stories. Heartfelt Leadership. Conscious culture.

STORYTELLING

Your mission won’t promote itself.

The words you share with the world are a powerful representation of who you are and what you’re all about. Understanding the big “Who-What-Why” of your work and aligning that with your messaging doesn’t just create a strong and successful brand, it sets you light years apart from companies that are still doing it the old way (as in: the tacky, manipulative, stuffy way).

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE COACHING

EQ , the secret to leadership success.

Great leaders honor and highlight the creativity and power of others.

As an Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach, my work is anchored in neuroscience, compassion, equity, and self-efficacy. We’ll do personal work to help you lean into intuition and uncover unconscious behaviors that have been holding you back.

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Values shape culture, actions make it real.

What’s your company’s north star? When people connect with a vision, they aren’t inspired, they’re activated

Organizational culture impacts your employees, your clients, and the wider world in more ways than you can imagine. We’ll work collaboratively to build or re-vision a corporate culture that fully embodies your values and mission.

Hi, I’m Liz.

I help leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations clarify their purpose and redefine "business as usual."

I’m a Goleman EI Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach, experienced writer, and workplace strategist invested in equity and positive social change.

I’m also a facilitator for Late Nite Art; a member of the team at Mobius Executive Leadership; and the former co-host of First Person Plural: Emotional Intelligence and Beyond, Daniel Goleman’s podcast on the theory and application of emotional intelligence.

Influenced by neuroscience, theater, spirituality, and a dash of the mystic, I operate differently than other coaches, consultants, and writers you may have encountered. I’m not into fluff and I suffer no bullshit. My approach is both data-driven and intuitive, grounded in the facts while embracing our humanity.

With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, expertise in emotional intelligence, 12 years as a corporate culture researcher, and decades of awareness-centered lived experience, I’ve come to understand the impact of wise and self-reflective leadership. As a communication consultant, I help my clients understand and articulate the story of their work.

Great leadership and equitable systems are game-changers for individual well-being and community empowerment. These are the principles that will shape a better world.

My Approach: Listen-First

Backed by data. Guided by intuition.

Through communications, coaching, and corporate culture development, I support emotionally intelligent leadership, create engaging communications strategy, and help build organizational cultures rooted in trust.

Okay, but what does that all really mean?

I work with people and companies who are committed to authenticity.

Sometimes that means having hard conversations.

All the time, that means bearing witness to everyone’s truest, most resilient self.

At the intersection of organizational culture, storytelling, and leadership development, there’s a new realm of possibility.

Liz is a rare find – she brings so many unique qualities and skills to every project she tackles. She is able to really listen and to uncover key insights others wouldn’t have been able to discover. Even on corporate-focused projects, she always infuses a sense of humanity and warmth into her work. Her approach is refreshing and her output is engaging. She has an amazing ability to synthesize large volumes of information into something actionable and insightful – to find the true meaning behind what people say. This has been a crucial contribution to our business.

We’re in a swiftly changing world.

Old leadership paradigms are dissolving. Here we are, together, on the brink of a new era.

But change is a tricky thing.

The excitement that emerges on the cusp of great awakening is muddled with discomfort and fear of facing the unknown.

So how do we create sustainable, impactful change?

Alongside global upheaval, we’re realizing that truly great leaders listen as much as, or even more than, they act. That effective organizations are built on purpose and collaboration.

This new path asks us to integrate and embrace our emotional, intuitive, vulnerable, and spiritual selves—our wise power—rather than relying solely on rationality, strong-arming and domination to create change.
